Video is priced per second and varies by model and resolution, so the exact cost appears on the button before you generate. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Refunds
Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you have spent some, we refund the unused part pro-rata. Credits already spent are not refundable, because the generation has already been paid for on your behalf.
